Milan Valcic, M.B.A., is the founder and lead facilitator at Leadership 2.0.
He possesses a powerful combination of theoretical knowledge of management and leadership best practices and real-world leadership experience in business and social sectors, and has been recognized as a very dynamic, engaging, and inspiring facilitator. 
Milan has done consulting work with both large and small organizations, conducted leadership seminars and facilitated in-house and off-site team-building sessions for management teams, coached individual managers, as well as given lectures and presentations on the topic of leadership and process improvement at various professional conferences and colleges. He also served as the Director of Leadership Development Programs for The International Diaspora Youth Leadership Conference 2010, and continues to be a coach and mentor to many young managers and students. 
Before founding his company, Milan had 17 years of international management experience in Canada, United States, and Serbia. His experience includes working with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, one of the premier hotel and leisure companies in the world. Starting at an employee level and moving through all levels of management, he later held various executive level positions and was recognized as “outstanding” in competencies ranging from individual and team development, through operational execution, to analytical and financial acumen.
In his last position, as the Director of Six Sigma/Black Belt responsible for multiple Sheraton, Westin, Le Meridien, and W properties in Los Angeles and later Toronto, Milan led multiple large-scale change projects resulting in both transformational innovation and process improvements across all departments and organizational levels: North America, regional, and single property.
He received his MBA degree from the University of Guelph, Canada.
